"Exceptional"

Situated about 200 meters from the main front , then half way between the tower and the south pier where the fare is meaning very easy access to everything

we didn't know or ask, so our own fault, the tram bus tickets no longer last for a full 24 hours, this was stopped by the council on the 1st of April, so you had to pay for single or day ticket that lasts until midnight only or until the last tram that day

"fantastic hotel with fantastic hosts"

previous guests we were treated really well before and booked for a long weekend trip. once again treated like friends amazing place and nothing was too much trouble. room and location was perfect away from the town but nothing of a short 10 minute walk. spotless rooms and good full breakfast won’t be the last time of visiting.

The whole of the stay was exceptional from start to finish nothing could be faulted. Its a short walk to the town but nothing that cant be achieved in less than 30 minutes

Nothing as listed above nothing was any trouble the hosts made myself and my daughter feel welcomed to the property. Even offering a lift to us last night as we were there for a function.
