Owners were very helpful and friendly. Felt very at home during our stay. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Parked at back of property. Good location only 10 - 15 min walk to Blackpool Tower.

I don't really do cooked breakfasts but I had the sausages. I'd prefer them to be better quality but that's me being picky.

Warm welcome and very friendly hosts. Full English breakfast menu to start the day, great location and off street parking at rear of property. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

"Nice Hotel with really nice rooms, great breakfast,and really nice staff"

My daughter said she loved that there was loads of sweets 😋 The room was fabulous very comfortable with extra pillows and very spacious
