Llegué al hotel y me dijeron que mi reservación no estaba, claramente el error fue del hotel. Me dejaron sin habitación y no había habitaciones disponibles debido a un evento que había en la ciudad. La actitud desinteresada de las recepcionistas y con 0 empatía fue el colmo. Pésimo servicio del Wyndham Torreón

La ubicación esta perfecta para ir al estadio TSM, pero el personal de restaurante (tarde) deja mucho que desear, no es atento. El restaurante es tardado y los precios son elevados en comparacion con lugares de mejor calidad. Tiene tiendas de conveniencia cerca y eso junto con la cercania al estadio lo hacen atractivo para ir al futbol.
