Pension Schöne

It is old and very very local.

The room, the bed, the lavatory and personal hygiene amenities were of excellent standard. The idea of "First Aid" kit (chocolate bars, water, beer, wine at a reasonable price, but also the cutlery and kettle) were very attentive. Own parking - splendid.

I spent a little more to enjoy the kitchen and fridge. There was a small common fridge at the corridor with no freezer, there was no kitchen whatsoever - except for the kitchen of the landlady used for breakfast preparation. The landlady was obviously not much excited when we needed to use it for the special diet preparations. From that perspective the place did not meet the expectations.

Very responsive and kind staff. No problem with parking.

Spacious accommodation: big room and bathroom. Very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet location. Loved the hallway/reception room: there were a hot water cattle, coffees, hot chocs, teas with cute cups, mini bar and snacks, toys, hair dryers... excellent idea... Free carpark on site. Amazing cosy breakfast room... from its entrance with it's own show-cabinet of the place's history... and a friendly lady at breakfast service. Plenty of food and nicely presented. Good communication with our host.

Nothing we didn't like, just a note for travellers who needs to pay extras -german bank card or cash only... luckily an ATM is about a minute walk, secure cash access.

Convenient check-in, clean and comfortable room in a charming town close to the highway.
