Location and parking was perfect. Cottage was lovely

Entry into cottage was 6pm, far too late, very unusual

Location was good for local shops restaurants pubs and tearooms. To travel to other parts near too.

The staircase was very steep.

Super warm, comfortable and a lovely cottage nestled in the centre of stunning Bourton-on-Water. Location is excellent with free parking and all the amenities you could need on holiday. Walkable distance to Lower and Upper Slaughter and a short drive to wonderful antiques around the Cotswolds.

The double bed mattress was very comfortable, but a bit short/small for both me and my husband who is 6ft2. Understandably it’s a small, romantic cottage so we don’t mind, but getting a king in the attic would be amazing for a longer stay. Similarly, we have a small Honda so parking is easy but worth noting very tight entrance to driveway, and stairs are narrows and winding/steep.

Lots smaller than thought. Shared bathroom on same level as main bedroom. No dishwasher Also church bells go off every 1/4 24/7

Great location. Property was clean and had everything needed.

Directions to access the property were not clear. The garages are behind the cottages and can't be seen from the High Street. The front door is virtually impossible to open from outside due to something at the top of the door catching on the doorframe above. The stairs are narrow, go round in a spiral and there is just a rope to hold onto. Very challenging, especially with luggage. For anyone with mobility problems, we would not recommend this property.
