Es handelt sich um einen Innenhof, auf dem man von allen Seiten von den Bewohnern der dazugehörigen Häuser beobachtet wird. Privatleben gibt's hier nicht. Sobald man den Hof betritt, wird man schon auf italienisch zugetextet. Sonntags um 10.00 Uhr wird geputzt, allerdings wird das Ameisennest im Bad nicht bekämpft. Im Schlafzimmer ist kein Fenster und vor dem Badfenster war kein Mückengitter und im Dunkeln mochte man sich dort nicht aufhalten, da man vom Hof aus beobachtet werden konnte. Der Hof ist NICHT abgeschlossen und die Whirlpools funktionierten beide nicht. Als Monteurswohnung vielleicht geeignet,als Urlaubsdomizil nicht zu empfehlen.
