"Excellent, but I’d rent in Madrid next time"

Real 3*, modern renovation, nice bedding and towels, toiletries, sparkling clean, +1 point for the sweet welcome treat, friendly staff

I didn’t have any traffic issues in the eastern part of Madrid, also I had the same parking issue here, so staying out of the city was not justified. Need more attention to small details to reach 9. Wifi was not reaching the corner room #3. Chocolates are +1 point, but there was no bottled water or kettle.

Nice little town close to airport Room are large and clean Town has all your need and only 25 minutes from the main city area. Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help when they can. Wished I stayed longer.

it was a very good place the reception man is so nice , kindest and very helpful the room is very nice and the bathroom is clean the room with a wonderful terrace I’m really appreciate this place and I love it thnx sooo much

The gentleman on duty was so helpful. We were stranded in the city unexpectedly and needed a place to stay and assistance to return to the airport early the next morning. He recommended an excellent place for dinner and arranged our transportation needs. He then gave us a number should we need his help. For out of country travelers, we were very appreciative of all his help.
