Bali Karma Sajtra Hotel

The property and staff were perfect. For me its was too dar away from markets, restaurants

We ordered an evening meal at 5.30 and were told it was a late order yet the menu stated 6pm. Aircon didn’t cool the room. Bathroom had no air flow if the door was shut. Shower overfilled due to hair in the drain - not our hair. We had booked for a week but only stayed 2 nights. Management was rude and basically blamed us

I absolutely loved the spacious, light and airy rooms. The location is amazing - so close to all the action, but still super quiet and chilled!

The staff were so beautiful and polite they truly made our stay comfortable and we felt safe the whole time. Our room was clean and cleaned daily, it’s close to everything. We had an amazing stay.

After a one hour trip in a taxi to get there later in the evening and finding no food available I wasnt in the best of moods. Then I found no tissues in the box, the jug leaked, the floor was dirty , the aircon was not cold enough and there was no hot water in the shower so I was in a very bad mood. Not enough power points but I slept well. I only stayed the one night but pleased I did as the road outside was very busy and it was miles from the beach

A wonderful place for your family holiday in Bali. We had a great time and should have stayed longer. The property is in an excellent location, in the middle of everywhere, yet so quite and away from the hustle bustle. Good eateries and shopping surround the place. Kuta, Semiyank and Legian like popular beaches are within $10 taxi (blue bird) distances. The hotel's facilities are top notch and well maintained and we found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Infact, my 6 year old became friend of a few. The pool is well kept and enjoyable and so is the hotel's kitchen They have a decent menu to choose from and the pricing seemed reasonable too. I will go back, if I visit Bali again.

This was a very relaxing hotel with gorgeous pool. The staff were absolutely excellent and couldn’t be more helpful.

【Good points 】 ・ the staffs (Mainly flont) who was very friendly and helpful. ・The room is very specious ,comfatable & Cleanliness. ・Good location (the hotel is close to a good restaurant, which was very helpful) ・It was very helpful for us to prepare water which was used by brushing teeth every day. 【Unsatisfactory points】 ・ I was concerned about the very weak water flow. ・ The water flow in the shower was poor and I had to remove the drain cover.

Away from main road. Quiet. Nice pool. Friendly staff.
