24/7 staff who all spoke English, spacious 12-bed dorm with privacy curtains around beds, pleasant outdoor area, clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable enough with bedding provided. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Lisbon! The area felt safe and there was a supermarket not too far away. Could leave luggage for free after checkout. I mostly walked down to the waterfront and surrounding areas but the metro is very convenient otherwise.

The only small issue I had, which I mentioned to one of the staff on checkout, was the location of my locker. Baffled as to why it was between two bunks that weren’t mine, while their locker was closer to my bunk. It meant creating unnecessary noise close to others, and the people in those bunks had their bags and stuff strewn all around so that I had to move it to get to my locker. Just didn’t make sense to me. They could easily be swapped around, it seems? Otherwise everything was great!
