"Ruined our stay in Seville because we could not sleep all time in room number 0"

Location is ok, close to center, and we managed to find free parking in nearby streets (which can be hard because its on border with no-car zone).

MAKE SURE TO CHECK WHICH ROOM WILL YOU GET - IF YOU GET ROOM 0 CANCEL THE RESERVATION. Room 0 is located right on 0 floor and window is looking to the street where people and cars go by. This is old window so all the noise comes in and you cant sleep or relax at all. Also the noise from people entering/leaving hotel is huge, and this happens right in front of room 0 so you hear everything at all times.... We also wanted to open the old window in the evening so some fresh air could come in but then millions of mosquitoes and bugs entered and we couldn`t sleep all night because of it. Also the room 0 has the same pass as the entrance doors which is a security breach, as everyone in the hotel knows how to enter your room.... Also we only got 1.5 paper rolls in toilete. When i asked for more, they told me there is more in the locker room but there wasnt so we had to buy ourselves... It ruined our stay in Seville because we didnt sleep at nights and were tired during the day to do anything. So a message to the hotel - please do not rent the room 0 to people, it is not suited for renting. Or invest in sound isolation and better doors and windows + bugs nets + shades so people outside cant see everything that goes on inside room.

Good location, properly equipped kitchen, clean toilets, good water pressure, always hot water. The toilets and shower are shared, but never saw anyone else. Kind personnel. 10/10.

I guess some drunk guy vomited in the toilets and it smelled, but the very next day they cleaned it. Nothing against the hostel, just take into consideration the other people.

Las camas muy comodas. El baño amplio y comodo. Todo estaba limpio!

La decoracion. Que la cocina compartida estaba cerrada. Sin embargo, cuando tuvimos que usarla nos dieron permiso enseguida. Esta un poco retirado del centro. (20min caminando)

Sitio tranquilo

No me gustó que pidan foto copia del DNI por WhatsApp. No me gustó que me cobren un suplemento (15€ dia) por la mascota sabiendo que yo ya busque habitación para mascotas.... y ellos ofrecen ese servicio y en ningún momento advierten del suplemento
