Неплохой отель. Санузел чистый, видимо, недавно прошла реновация.

Пыльно в номере. Коснулась абажура торшера, пыль посыпалась!! Странно иметь в номере чай, сахар, стаканы и не иметь чайника.

Po otrzymaniu wiadomości powitalnej od hotelu : zakaz palenia na całym obiekcie, kary finansowe 2000zl wezwanie służb (policji) odczucia co do tej wiadomości spowodowały negatywny stosunek do obiektu i finalnie zrezygnowaliśmy z pobytu. Czytajac później opinie o hotelu stwierdziliśmy ze nie jest to hotel otwarty na gości.

Klimatyczna restauracja na parterze hotelu Stót i Wo+- sniadania w promocji pyszne mega i porcje obfite, Pani Kamila i Pan Patryk - super obsługa!

Uważam, że zanim się udostępni pokoje, należy je porządnie posprzątać od podłogi do sufitu i skontrolować wszystkie urządzenia. U mnie w pokoju był problem z obsłgą praktycznie wszystkiego: okno, umywalka, toaleta. Wyzwoliło to niepotrzebne złe emocje... Brak kontaktu z obsługą w godzinach poza grafikiem pracy recepcji, uważam za niedopuszczalny. W razie awarii- szukaj wiatru w polu..... nikt nie odbiera połączeń... To psuje ogólne wrażenia. Ja byłam głęboko rozczarowana, bo patrząc na opinie innych, hotel wydawał mi się atrakcyjny. Zatem , jeśli nic się nie zmieni ze strony obsługi - NIE POLECAM
