Misschien dat de dieren vrij rondliepen waardoor je toch hier en daar geuren ruikt. Voor kinderen super!

La struttura è immersa nel verde. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Buona la colazione. Il pezzo forte è vivere un'esperienza tra gli animali, che sono in totale libertà (in particolare Tea, super cagnolona, che mi ha letteralmente "rubato" il cuore).

Deze Agriturismo was geweldig! We werden hartelijk ontvangen en voelden ons direct thuis. Ook hebben we 2 x mee gegeten in het restaurant, dat was heerlijk. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar goed. Onze kinderen hebben ook een geweldige tijd gehad met alle dieren en ruimte.

Staying at Agriturismo Molino Nuovo was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of welcome by the owners]. The property offers a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was charming and comfortable, with rustic touches that reflected the farm's character. We especially enjoyed the evening in restaurant Wednesday with live music. The owners were incredibly attentive, always available to answer questions, offer recommendations for local attractions, or simply share stories about the farm. Big bonus farm animals that walking free around property and you can interact with me, alpaca, goats, dogs, horses, donkeys and so on. If you're looking for an authentic agritourism experience, surrounded by nature, delicious food, and genuine hospitality, then look no further than Agriturismo Molino Nuovo. Highly recommended

No hot water. No air conditioning. Really poor.

Very nice and peaceful place. There is a construction site close to it, but it was not loud. During the week we were alone and had the pool for ourselves. Christina was a really nice and kind host, she prepared a very tasteful breakfast. We love all the animals on the farm.

Maybe the pool and area around could use some tidying up.

Hosts were amazing. Super Kind. Gréât food.

Dear Cristina, Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your beautiful holiday home. We truly felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated your warm hospitality and the amazing tips you gave us – they helped us discover some real gems in the area. And the breakfast… absolutely perfect! Every morning felt like a special treat, and there really wasn’t a single thing missing. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll always remember it fondly and hope to return one day!

Our hostess took the roll of being our Italian mom. She is hospitable, kind, and very informative. We needed help several times booking transportation due to the language barrier and she was always more than willing to assist. If you're an animal lover, you will be in heaven! Her two retrievers are the sweetest greeters. Cats, donkeys, horses, and alpacas are all living the Italian villa dream! Over the weekends, they open up their restaurant. Breakfast is ready every morning! You have your own kitchen, so be sure to bring snacks. We made the mistake of not booking a rental car from the airport ahead of time and this did provide some challenges. Taxis in Bologna city are plentiful but out in Castel San Pietro they are harder to book. There is a close by train that is fast and takes you right into the city, but you'll need a car to get you to and from the train station and booking the taxi is unreliable.

I can't say there was anything I disliked. The day I was sick it also rained, so even that was convenient if we were going to have a "waisted". I would suggest bringing a google chromecast or roku plug in for the TV wherever you travel if you do get stuck inside. I ended up watching Italian sponge bob while I was feeling under the weather and unable to go anywhere.
