I recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations, largely due to the exceptional staff members. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, who not only efficiently checked me in but also provided invaluable information about local attractions and activities. Throughout my stay, every staff at the hotel demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The housekeeping staff ensured that my room was impeccably clean and comfortable, while the restaurant staff went above and beyond to give me a great breakfast. One particular standout was Luis, whose extensive knowledge of the area allowed me to make the most of my time in Baños. They were always eager to recommend the best restaurants, arrange transportation, and even help me plan my itinerary. Overall, the staff at this hotel truly made my stay unforgettable, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Baños. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to providing exceptional service set them apart and made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay.

Everything was great

The little spa area is totally worth it. You don't need to go outside the facilities to have a relaxing time, which is handy if you don't have too much time in Baños. The location is also great since this place is close to Baños' main attractions.

Staff were fantastic. They were very helpful especially when set up tours or giving us ideas on things to do. Louis spoke English which was super helpful.

Drying items was very difficult because of the relative humidity all the time. A heater in the room would have helped a lot with this situation.

Louis spoke English and was helpful with anything we needed, especially recommending and setting up tours. I am not sure how he could be better at his job and as a person. He deserves a lot of credit.

Rooftop is amazing and so was breakfast,staff very attentive and Luis was very helpful in providing information on the town and its Attractions. The location is great too, close to city downtown and thermal spas. BAÑOS is a beautiful town Surrounded by magnificent mountains. It was safe everywhere.

The staff paid personal attention when I had some stomach problems. They were outstanding, very helpful. They prepared a colada for me since I couldn't have the breakfast. They were like family, always there for me.
