住宿房間和飯店地點對親子出遊的家庭都很不錯。 飯店外就是購物商場和餐廳美食街，又有Xpark跟巧虎樂園，對不同年齡層的兒童娛樂都非常友善。

五星飯店對早餐用餐有場次預約規定，雖是管制人流，但對無法預測用餐時間的家庭很不友善。 線上預約的資料填寫完全沒有填到房間號碼，入場用餐只詢問房號，和場次線上預約根本無法對應，這樣登記用餐場次的意義何在? 就是統計人數? 這樣的人數也不是真實的數字 有幼兒跟兒童的家庭已經是出遊了，通常很難預測隔日早晨的用餐時間。比預定場次時間提早一點也無法進入用餐，造成所有人排長龍堵在門口 老人家按照預定場次時間晚一點進入用餐，被提早告知要清場，用餐也是非常趕。 如果可以有場次預約管制搭配彈性入場，會對親子家庭更友善。
