Riverside location, warm, clean rooms and lovely friendly staff.

My only gripe, is when booking a double bed, I expect a double bed, not 2 singles pushed together and made up to be a double. The ‘dip’ in the middle from the 2 singles, left my partner and I with sore backs. Of course, i understand why hotels/b&bs do this, it’s just not the most comfortable.

Both breakfast and evening meal were delicious and plenty of it. All the team were helpful and friendly. Room was nicely furnished and comfortable too.

Wonderful little gem of a B&B, located on the broads within a beautiful village. Absolutely loved it.

The room was a good size and comfortable. Bathroom was also a good size with a large walk in shower. Breakfast was good.

All the staff were excellent so friendly & attentive made our stay so comfortable . Understood & accommodated my dairy intolerance . Food was amazing Superb view from room Very professional
