Great modern amenties, nicely decorated, good size room and friendly staff. Convenient to downtown, train station, and penn campus. Slightly confusing entrance, best to come from 23rd street and is lower level of streets.

This was our first time staying at the Fitler Club while visiting our daughter who is attending Drexel University. The facility was great! All of the staff were very friendly and assisted us in everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway.

USThe room was nice and clean. Shower was fancy. DO NOT consume the alcoholic mini bar items. It's a 500% upcharge. :)
They tell you that you can use the members only valet parking garage as a hotel guest, just as if you're a member, but fail to tell you that it costs 60 bucks until you check out the next day! Do members really pay that every time they visit? Come on now...
Well worth it if you have time to take advantage of the amenities at the fitter.
great space
i really want to give this place a better overall rating. the space is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, the restaurants were good, the amenities are top notch. but the front-line service was so surprisingly inattentive that i wouldn't recommend this hotel. multiple incidents during my three-day stay prove to me that their priorities are a little misplaced when dealing with their guests. and i suppose it's no wonder if they are taking cues from their "guest services manager," Shakira, who was the worst of them all. plenty of other great option in this town where the staff actually value their guests.
USI absolutely loved the room and the building it’s in the vibe is amazing and the bathroom was my favorite thing about my stay
The bathroom didn’t have any hooks or anywhere to hang towels . also a little thing is the smoke detector was flashing bright at night above the bed
