The layout of the hotel makes it very noisy and you can smell the restaurant food in the room. Furthermore the towels were not ready at check in (incidental I assume) and the drapes let through a lot of light.

We were first checked into a room which had unbearably high noise coming from some equipment like an exhaust system of their restaurant kitchen. Staff acknowledged the same and shifted us to another room thankfully so we could sleep comfortably.

The receptionist may have known that RNo.314 had the noise issue and shouldn’t have checked us into that room in the first place when alternative rooms were available thus avoiding the shifting of rooms after we had unpacked!

The bathroom could have been cleaner... Response from housekeeping/room service bit sloppy, asked for tissues once over call and once in person but never got them

Restaurant providing presumably stale food. Noticed and returned also accepted by restaurant

Clean rooms and good food. We drove here and car parking was convenient.

Nothing that I can remember

They trick you to spend more money on low value rooms. If you book online they give you lower valued room than booked. If you go offline they sell you suite and normal rooms not available. Very bad expirience from such a good brand you go any ways you don't get what you are expecting
