Courtyard by Marriott London Heathrow Airport

Really enjoyed our long stay at the Marriott Heathrow. The rooms were super clean and well looked after, which made a big difference. Housekeeping did a great job and everything felt fresh and tidy. The food was really nice with plenty of options, just a bit on the pricey side. Still, the quality was great so can’t complain too much. The restaurant and bar staff were all friendly and welcoming too, which made the experience even better. Big shoutout to Shannon (or Sharron) who checked us in she was lovely! She helped us out throughout our stay and made everything really easy and comfortable.

Staff was great but the only downside was the night staff from Saturday 4th April I believe. The night shift manager who was training a new host came across quite rude and unwelcoming for no real reason when he was asked simple questions about the property. His tone felt a very off from the start and not friendly at all which wasn’t expected considering the standards of Mariott. It was also a bit disappointing that the trainee seemed to go along with it and was laughing quite blatantly to please his higher up which didn’t help the situation. It just wasn’t a great interaction and didn’t match the otherwise good service we had during our stay.

Comfortable large bedroom, good Indian evening meal watching the planes land, overnight parking available sensible price. Restaurant staff excellent

Have had a couple of recent one night stays. Great service, good quality room, great breakfast and would certainly return next time I’m staying in the area.

Location & parking availability is great! Good rooms and rooftop bar/restaurant are great for a late arrival.

I spent 4 nights at the Courtyard London Heathrow. The hotel is a newer property so the carpet and the rooms are very clean despite the touristy nature of their clientele. I ate at the rooftop PK restaurant on all 4 nights. I rarely eat Indian food outside my own house but I will give kudos to the chef and staff for creating a very tasty variety of vegetarian choices (I am a vegetarian). What makes the food unique is the way it is served, thanks to Veronica. The irony is that I had read lot of good reviews about Veronica even before I set foot inside PK. After 4 nights of dinners, I now understand why. She is attentive to every detail, and she makes eating at PK a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the PK staff and Veronica. Thank you to the Courtyard staff for running and managing a good overall experience. Business travelers do notice even though it might seem that we are too tired after a long day at work.

I went for my Birthday the ambience was amazing I loved the food enjoyed with beautiful nature over at PK restaurant lounge bar . Finally the service given by Veronica is fantastic I was truly appreciate her work her skills her nature she’s been absolutely fantastic gonna visit again . Thank you !

The room was clean and modern. The bathroom was was spacious.
