Beautiful clean hotel with comfortable rooms, an excellent central location near restaurants & bars & shops/ pharmacy. An amazingly good varied buffet breakfast and lovely central swimming-pool. Staff are very friendly and nice.

We have stayed here for several years now and would certsinly continue to do so ! There are a few small, but important areas for us, where there is room for improvement and which we have mentioned before. 1/ one or two of the staff in reception and the breakfast area should learn to speak English ( the most useful world language for tourists; 2/ like everywhere else in Thsiland there are many small unexpected steps which can csuse accidents; 3/ there should be hand-rails put in on the direct way down to the breakfast area and then down to the pool to help older & disabled people; 4/ it would be nice to have at least one international News Programme like BBC, CNN or France 24 on the Room TV and perhaps a film programme like Netflix ?
