Nice, responsive customer service. Late night the reception lent me a charger cable - this was a huge help. I also liked the resto right beside it, delicious tapa, and very nice ladies who serve there.

First night I was in the basement unit. Super cold A/C. No window. The bathroom parts need renovation. I saw a cockroach walk across the floor. The upstairs units are much better and bigger for the same price.

I was dissatisfied with the parking arrangement at the hotel. I had to notify the front desk before utilizing the backyard for parking, and there was a lack of security guard presence in that area. I was assigned to room 4 and I was disturbed by the noise of the voices while trying to rest.

As a frequent traveler and someone who has stayed in various hotels, I was surprised to be asked for an additional deposit upon check-in despite having already booked and paid for the room online. In my past experiences staying at hotels in Naga City and elsewhere, such a deposit requirement has not been standard practice. This unexpected request for a deposit upon arrival was not communicated to me during the booking process, and it caught me off guard. While I understand the need for hotels to have security measures in place, I believe there may have been a lack of clarity or transparency regarding this policy.
