The staff was friendly. The restaurant was open 24 hrs. The food was excellent

When we walked in there was only vacancies for 12hrs @ P1250 or 24hrs @ P2500. We went to the parking lot and booked a room through bookings.com. Went back inside and wow, we got a room for P@1006. (not sure if the pricing is exact). But the bottom line is we got a room cheaper and checkout time was noon the next day. Not 12 hrs for P1250 like the staff said when we first walked in. Oh ya. The cable was very fuzzy and hard to watch

The Staff/Receptionists were not friendly nor approachable at all. They're like robots who wouldn't smile or greet the guests. If you have questions, they would answer very short, not bothering to explain and you wouldn't feel that you are welcome. They mostly aren't available in the desk even when they say 24/7. We had a hard time parking at the back because no one helped us after calling attention for a long time and they literally just opened it and left us without waiting for us to leave to close the gate. Until we left, they did not bother saying thank you.
