Sauberes und großes Appartement, zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Sehr enges Bad, WC-Spülung defekt. Duschvorhang viel zu lang, so dass das Wasser nicht abfließen kann.

Lage ist sehr gut, Parkplätze hat es in der Nähe. Ausstattung hat noch 2-3 kleine Mängel

Im Haus ist zwischen den Wohnungen (oberes- und unteres Stockwerk) jeweils sehr gut hörbar.

The hotel is located right in the center of Zug, in the old town, surrounded by historic architecture and a truly charming atmosphere. Lake Zug is only about 100 meters away, making it perfect for relaxing walks by the water. The hotel is designed in a classic, traditional style, beautifully reflecting the history and character of the building. Every detail is carefully selected, creating a sense of elegance, warmth, and timeless European charm. The interior feels refined yet welcoming, offering a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The room is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay: high-quality bed linen, clean and soft towels, excellent cleanliness, and a genuine feeling of care for guests. Despite its central location, the hotel is very quiet and calm. It is an ideal choice for travelers who appreciate classic style, historical surroundings, and true Swiss quality. I would be delighted to stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and the authentic spirit of old Zug.
