HITrental Zeughausgasse - Apartment

Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen. Tolle Lage in der Altstadt und in der Nähe des Zugersees. Leider waren Strassenmaschinen bis tief in den Abend am Arbeiten.

Die Elektrizität funktionierte sehr schlecht. Teils Stecker waren unbrauchbar. Wenige und schwache Lichtquellen. Duscheablauf war verstopft. Verschiedene Möbel waren von einem Tier oder so angeknabbert. Mailverkehr und Anweisungen in der Wohnung waren ausschliesslich auf englisch.

Der Lärm von der Strasse/Postplatz und von der Bar sowie die defekte Toilette die trotz des unermüdlichen Einsatzes des sehr netten Herrn nicht richtig funktioniert hat

Nice location about 100 meters from a lovely waterfront and an easy 15 minute walk to the Zug train station (there's also a train stop 50 meters from the apartment (but less frequent stops)). A good selection of restaurants nearby, as well as a large COOP store for groceries. While you could hear the outdoor restaurants and their music with the windows open, it was always quiet by 1030/11 p.m.. The apartment was outfitted sufficiently with dishware, kettle, toaster, iron, etc. It was a better location than I had expected!

Our apartment was short on lighting with only two portable lampstands to light up the main room (where you sleep, eat, cook). The lack of wall plugs necessitated a few extension cords around the room. Perhaps typical of Europe, there was no air conditioning but the room had two portable standing fans which helped move the air and was fine for the present temperatures (not sure what July/August heat would be like). I contacted the host one evening about the pillows (beat up and poor quality), and a potential maintenance issue, and the next morning we had replacement pillows hand delivered and the maintenance issue addressed. These items may be somewhat nit picky, but they are the only things we "didn't like."

每次来楚格都会优先选择这家公寓。地理位置优越，离火车站和公交车站都很近，超市也是在5分钟之内。公寓干净，设施齐全，对长期居住很友好。唯一缺点是公寓没有电梯，搬运行李不是很方便，公寓家具如果可以更新的话，性价比会大大增加。总之它是理想的旅居住所，我期待再次入住！

Very good location, well equipped. Large room, good beds, more than enough towels.

Unfortunately there was a persistent cigarette smell in the room, even though it should have been a smoke free room.
