"This went beyond perfect!"

Prime location as it is in the city centre but without being completely on top of everything which allows you to decompress away from the hustle and hustle of being right on top of everything. With everything from amenities like shops, restaurants, bars and activities all within a 20 minute walk actually makes this the ideal place. Main train stations are 15 minutes and a 5 minute drive. Bus stop just outside and other local bus routes within a short commute that go all over. Lovely view from room particularly at night. Food in restaurant is lovely and breakfast was great too no complaints. Staff are friendly and helpful they really make you feel welcome. The hotel feels generally safe and at night is quiet and peaceful. The vibe is that of a luxury hotel. Beds are lovely and comfortable. Rainfall shower is the best. The room was spotless i couldn't fault it. The wall lights are a nice touch just for that extra added atmosphere. Although slightly overpriced refuel is a nice touch. Gym is open 24 hours again this is a lovely touch. Smart tv in rooms too. Opposite a leisure centre with a pool if you fancy booking a swim ( separately to the hotel) I will be returning and I highly recommend thank you for a truly amazing stay! Best hotel in Birmingham!

It can get busy during the day and noisy but other than that I cannot fault a single thing.
