Aloft by Marriott Birmingham Eastside

Breakfast was excellent. The location was excellent for our purpose (close to the Aston University Conference Centre). The staff were exceptionally helpful in dealing with baby and other needs.

Everything was fine.

A good modern property in a very good location

The hotel sells features when you check in like smart TVs and room service features however when we tried to use it none of this worked, when we tried to raise this with the staff they were disinterested and rude and simply stated if we wanted room service then we were to come down to reception to order and then go back to our room and we would be seen to which defeats the whole point. The room itself was good but the pillows provided were like bags of air and didn’t allow for a good nights sleep and again the staff on reception didn’t care when raised on check out and just wanted to get rid of us so we would not return

Staff estremamente cordiale, attento e disponibile. Ristorante ottimo e buona colazione.

I servizi del bagno potrebbero migliorare: più appendi asciugamani e scopino del wc. A colazione un po'di frutta in più.

Car parking

Very clean and efficient and the king sized bed was great!

It is a bit out of town BUT this means much quieter than normal too, even on a Fri/Sat.
