Loud floor when someone walks - if you have fragile sleep and neighbors come in the night it is a bit tough. Would be nice to have salt, pepper, oil - some standard kitchen set

It is very central. Everything is within reach.

The floors seem to have limited sound insulation, so footsteps from the upstairs unit can be heard quite clearly.
