AVI Pangkor Beach Resort

The resort is near and walking distance to beach, room is clean, and tidy , housekeeping staffs come to clean up every day and greated us.

We suppose to cleck in at 3pm, but the male reception staff told us the room not ready yet and we are waiting till 3.30pm at the restaurant in hotel at ground floor as instructed, nobody come approach us that the room already ready, when we again go to reception, then only the male staff told us the room already ready, there is no courtesy. The hotel fees is high for me, the curtains are stained,,looks like not being changed.

2 choses : L'accueil de la reception peu professionnel et non agreable : alors que nous avions réservé, les hotesses d'accueil ne trouvaient pas trace de notre resa lorsque nous sommes arrivées et nous ont proposé d'attendre sans nous donner la moindre information. . C'est parce que nous avons montré notre très fort mecontentement qu'elles se sont résolues à demander l'aide d'un responsable qui nous a alors remis les clés de notre chambre ! Le volet restauration ( petit déjeuner assez moyen mais surtout un personnel non formé, trés peu avenant et très peu impliqué)

Public toilet at Pantai Teluk Nipah was not available during the weekdays...., not sure about weekends. Perhaps the public transportation ( taxis ) could be improved such as the availibity of air-conditioned taxis or vans as the climate is pretty warm/hot in Msia. It will help to increase tourists better perceptions towards Pangkor Island.
