Unproblematisches Ein-und Auschecken

Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage ohne Fenster, das man hätte öffnen können. Es gibt einen Balkon zu Straße raus, die Tür war aber sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Es war extrem warm in dem Zimmer und da der Balkon ebenfalls vom benachbarten Zimmer ohne Trennung genutzt wurde, konnte ich die Tür nicht auflassen. Also die ganze Nacht übelst stickig. Darüber hinaus klapperte die Lüftung sehr laut im Bad und es gab kein einziges Wasserglas im Zimmer. In der ersten Etage gab es für den gleichen Preis (Zimmer 14) ein weitaus komfortableres Zimmer, mit Fenster zum Innenhof, Geschirr, größer und nicht überheizt. Somit fand ich dann den Preis für die Übernachtung nicht angemessen.
