Super 8 by Wyndham Moosonee

Excellent hotel accommodations, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Moosonee is small and the hotel is very central to the train, Northern Store and Ferry Dock if you are traveling to Moose Factory. While not inexpensive, it provides good accommodation.

Lovely, we’ll-maintained facility in an area clearly not at its best now. It’s a beautiful area, I hope it’s fortunes take a turn for the better.

Great, clean and up to date hotel within walking distance of the train station (half a kilometre). Our room was fresh and clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included cereals, oatmeal, toast, bagels, and make-your-own waffles, coffee, tea, apple and orange juice. A local guide came to the lobby of the hotel shortly after the train arrived to tell us about tour options. It’s easy to get friendly with the locals and other guests in this environment, everyone who arrived on the same train as us immediately felt like a friend. :)

Quinn at reception was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. They let us hang out in front foyer while we waited for the train and kept our bags as we traveled around

Lights in room not all working . Limited breakfast items . Expensive - only place in town . Rooms were nice and roomy .

It is the best place to stay in Moosonee. Quenn is very resourceful and always ready to help.

I am amazed at how staff keep this place so remarkably clean! The staff were amazing to speak with!

Very clean. Front desk was very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good, although it was not a hot breakfast. Located close to the train station.
