Brak kontakt z gospodarzem po przyjeździe na miejsce. Nikt odbierał telefonów ani nie odpisywał na wiadomości. Po zgłoszeniu sprawy do Booking została uruchomiona procedura relokacji i został nam zaproponowany przez portal inny nocleg.

Molto confortevole, pulizia top

The location was perfect - in the heart of Catania, close to everything! It couldn't be better! The room and the bathroom were quite big, with a balcony giving to a nice pedestrian street decorated with colourful umbrellas. Some reviews say that the street was noisy because of the bars and the restaurants on it, but it didn't bother me - it's part of the ambience of the city. If you want a quiet place, you go to the countryside, not in the city center. And the bars were mostly playing beautiful Italian pop music, so I liked that. I had a big comfortable bed and the air conditioning to heat the room in the evening because it was getting a bit cold after the sunset. For me, this was a very good place! I recommend it.

There were some details that could be impouved - for example, there was only half a roll of toilet paper for a 3-nights stay which is definitely not enough. The water in the shower was a bit difficult to settle - it was changing from hot to cold, and from cold to hot by itself, but the most important is that there was hot water and even if it disappeared, it was always coming back 10-15 seconds later :-) I have had much worse experience with the shower in other places.
