La Royale Nusa Penida

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten 3 große Spinnen im Zimmer und das Personal kam direkt und hat sich darum gekümmert, auch spät Abends. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab genug Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, groß und gemütlich.

Villa straordinaria e suggestiva. Localizzata in zona tranquilla. Mega schermo per serate cinema stupendo. Molto spaziosa con ampio letto.

Pulizia da migliorare e qualche insetto in giro. Non molto illuminata e tenda per la notte rotta.

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Possibilité de laver son linge, de louer un scooter et de prendre le petit-déjeuner directement dans son logement. Le jacuzzi est top !

Il y’a quelques taches d’usure dans la bulle de logement.

Lovely little bungalows in a quiet area. Location is great, rooms were comfortable and pool was refreshing is well kept. Gardens were beautiful and well kept. Staff were friendly and useful.

Air con was too loud to keep it on while sleeping. The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery when wet and didn't have anything to hold on to while showering. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The restaurant only had limited options for breakfast, which was not sufficient and not as advertised. It was not open for lunch or dinner either. There were scooters available for rent, but no helmets. There were bottles in the mini fridge but no bottle opener.

Petits bungalows très mignons et bien situés. Joli cadre, on a l’impression de se réveiller dans la jungle. Personnel très serviable.

La communication avant le séjour a été un peu compliquée (la réactivité aux messages Booking pourrait être améliorée).

Un hotel con encanto muy cuidado.
