Casa Acuario Boutique Hotel

Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser. Man erreicht das Hotel nach einer einmütig Bootsfahrt von der Hauptinsel per Wassertaxi. Direkt am Hotel kann man schnorcheln. Es gibt Flossen, Tauchermasken,kajaks und SUPs zum ausleihen. Außerdem Wassermatten und ein schönes Sonnendeck mit liegen zum entspannen. Das Frühstück ist sensationell! Im Hotel wohnen zwei knuffige Hunde. 🐕 die Besitzer und der Manager sind super und kümmern sich liebevoll um die Gäste! Wir hatten unser Zimmer im ersten Stock und konnten sogar vom Balkon aus ins Wasser springen( haben auch unsere Kinder gemacht). Wir hatten als Familie eine wirklich tolle Zeit und hätten wir vorher gewusst wie toll es wird, wären wir bestimmt noch 2-3 Tage länger geblieben. Man hört natürlich die Musik, die von der Hauptinsel rüber kommt. Das ist aber überhaupt kein Problem da zu der tollen Ausstattung auch ein kleines Körbchen mit Ohropax gehört ;) wer ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss hat, sollte auf alle Fälle vom Balkon ins Wasser springen. Das ist eine Einmalige Gelegenheit und ein tolles Erlebnis, dass man so schnell nicht wiederkommen wird!

Alles! Tolles Zimmer direkt im Meer mit Leiter von der Terrasse direkt ins Wasser. Wir haben direkt davor geschnorchelt. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar oder mit Wassertaxi in 3 Minuten zur Isla Colon. Eigentümer und Personal super freundlich. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Hausgemachte Insect repellent gegen Sandflies wirkt!!

This place is fabulous! 10 out of 10. Owners and staff are super friendly and helpfull. The set up and design of the place are created with passion and love. Perfectly done. Swimming around the location is super. We felt seriously sad to leave the place. Hope to return once.

Prachtig kamer op een schitterende plek met de meest lieve gastheer en gastvrouw ooit. Een meer dan perfect verblijf. Aan alles is gedacht. Wauw.

Increíble! Hermoso lugar. Con todas las las comodidades que se necesita en las vacaciones y a la vez con el encanto de los rústico y acogedor. Te sientes en casa y parte de la naturaleza. Su nombre hace honor a lo que encuentras: Casa Acuario… Desde su muelle puedes ver estrellas de mar, gran variedad y cantidad de peces. Muy cerca a todo lo que quisieras hacer.. paseos, restaurantes, etc. Mandy y JP excelentes anfitriones, nos dieron todas las recomendaciones para paseos y tours en el archipiélago. Gabriel, encantador… nos hizo la estancia muy divertida. 100% recomendable.

Echt fantastische plek. Supermooie en ruime kamer met nog een groot terras. Hier was nog een zitje met 4 stoelen, hangmat, kookplaten, drinkwater etc. Echt aan alles gedacht. Heerlijke ontbijtjes kun je bestellen en dichtbij isla colon -usd 1.00 voor de overtocht. Verder kun je gratis gebruik maken van kajay, sup, luchtbedden enz.

We loved casa acuario! The breakfast and the attention!

This is a lovely quirky place and we loved the space and the veranda. Staff were super friendly and great choice of breakfasts available to buy. Our room was a good size with a nice veranda to relax on, or watch the fish below. The location is good for ease of water taxi transport, pick up for excursions and a short stroll to a couple of nice bars, and there was always something to watch. The hotel had an honesty bar which was a nice touch.

The location's downfall is that there is a lot of noise especially at night as it's directly opposite Bocas town. Thank goodness for the white noise app provided which helped us sleep. In hindsight, the transfer we booked via the hotel to collect us from the airport was expensive - we'd have been better just arranging this ourselves.
