There wasn’t lift , we have to climbed up the stairs otherwise everything else was perfect

This has truly become my home away from home whenever I'm in the city. The room was a good size - perfect for a short stay—and everything was clean and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and responsive, and the location in Westlands is super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Wi-Fi could be more consistent, especially for calls. Also, it would be great if they offered breakfast or had a small café on-site. Nothing major, but small things that could make the stay even better.

Very quiet, very secure and security conscious. My daughter and I slept with unlocked doors because we felt so safe. Friendly staff and very helpful. Quick check in and check out. We loved the daily housekeeping. We would come back tired from meetings and work to a spotless kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The sauna and steam were a plus although we were too busy to utilise them but just knowing they were available and private to only residents was comforting.

We wanted to swim but the pool looked dirty. Maybe if we had asked the staff, they would have prepared it for us to use. But I believe a pool should always be clean and ready to use. This is the area I propose should be improved upon.
