You have to read the instructions very carefully to figure out where reception is. Google Maps drops you about 100m in the wrong direction. We also pre-paid for parking, and I didn't like the fact that we got charged 4 days of parking, when we dropped a car off on a Monday afternoon, and left early on a Thursday...it was only 15 Euros, but just seemed a bit weird.

Beautiful well equipped apartment, full of character, spacious, and perfectly situated in mediaeval Girona, close to all amenities. Office staff very friendly and efficient.

We are a family of 5 with young teens, and managed fine with one toilet and shower, but this might not be sufficient for every group of 5 people.

The rental office is separate from the unit in the old city. Driving there and parking were difficult, but that was well explained to us. The unit is very central in the old city and well equipped. We were two couples and it was perfect for our needs.

The single bed mattress in the children's room was not great. It would have been nice to have two bathrooms, but one worked out fine for us. I thought that the unit was attached to a big terrace, but I was wrong - it is one flight up and there are no chairs on the terrace, which made it hard to use. I would prefer for basic things like salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar to be provided since the former guests typically leave such things behind.

The bathroom was accessed through the kitchen which was inconvenient. The biggest issue was a lack of comfortable seating - a two-seater sofa in an apartment for six people is clearly inadequate.
