Where to start .. the list is endless but to name just a few points. Our room was not clean when we arrived. Cobwebs everywhere, stains on the floors, walls, bedsheets and curtains as seen in pictures. The bathroom was disgusting. Sink was in an awful condition, mould on the tap and extremely poor flow from tap. One tiny mirror provided was covered in water droppings. The drain for the shower did not work so after taking one shower the whole room was flooded. You could not use the toilet without getting your feet saturated. This took hours to drain. The hot shower lasted no length. Breakfast was poor. Coffee was grainy and pancake was undercooked and slimy. To our horror we saw a rat exit from the kitchen which highlighted the lack of cleanliness of the whole property.

The owners are very friendly and polite! I was out of shampoo and she kindly bought it for me!

Gorgeous hidden gem away from the busy Main Street, but close to walk to anywhere! The owners, Made & Nyoman are lovely & I arrived a bit unwell, & he arranged for me to be taken to Dr nearby, which fixed all! Beautiful clean pool & nice breakfast each morning

Tiny things, like switch not working for bedside light, old cupboard for securing bag etc but felt so trustworthy it didn’t bother me. The price is inexpensive so cannot expect more.

Jardin et petite piscine agréable, très calme, pas trop loin de la plage et des restaurants. Les clims fonctionnaient bien et les douches aussi L'accueil était très sympathique, nous avons eu de l'aide pour retrouver un sac que nous avions oublié au débarcadère. Avec les propriétaires de l'hotel, nous avons fait une sortie snorkeling sur Mangrove point, il y avait beaucoup de courant (sortie dérivante avec le bateau qui suit) puis fait du kayak (1 pour 3 personnes ) dans la Mangrove : super !

La chambre rénovée était bien mais, comme souvent, manquait de rangements : en particulier rien autour du lavabo pour poser les affaires de toilette. L'autre chambre, mieux équipée, aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement. Comme l'atmosphère est très humide et que l'activité principale est la baignade il faudrait peut etre 2 portants par bungalow pour étendre maillots et serviettes.

Personnel très agréable. Belle piscine. Bon petit-déjeuner. Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'île, à 15 min à pied du ferry. Location de scooter sur place. Excursion avec l'hôte pour aller visiter Nusa Penida en une journée, c'était super !

No daily cleaning of the bedroom

Cette famille est adorable, ils rendent vraiment votre séjour agréable. Un petit déjeuner est servi chaque matin, il est peu conséquent mais bon. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Nusa Lembongan. Des scooters sont proposés à la location par l’établissement mais il n’y en avait plus quand nous y étions. Nous avons trouvé un autre loueur juste à côté. La piscine et les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont ultra agréables également. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Jiva Bungalow!

Les chambres sont très vieillissantes, notamment les salles de bain. Elles auraient besoin d’une bonne rénovation et d’un sacré coup de propre. Le ménage n’est pas suffisant.

Beautiful, clean pool. Lovely hosts! Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful.
