"Good"

The property had all the facilities advertised. Clean rooms over 2 floors. Well equipped kitchen. Very complete hamper of food on arrival.

Property was undergoing some works so outside space not available.

Excellent location next to University, lovely welcome hamper, good communication with host and very comfy beds.

Having an en-suite shower room in each bedroom was lovely but I would have loved a bath.

A welcome ample breakfast with a variety of items for all tastes. Thoughtful touches like coffee measures left in the cafetieres. Very well equipped, a real home from home with lovely attention to detail. Walkable downhill into the centre, with a choice of buses back if needed!

Maybe a cereal option for breakfast would be the only thing I'd add.
