The host responded fast via text message when we needed help. The heater in room didnt work well, its freezing at night. Then they provided us a little heat fan for alterlative.

Not enough toilet rolls for 2 persons for 4 nights stay. Only 3 rolls provided. We requested more, it costs €5 for 3 rolls!!! No kitchen rolls provided which is not well equipped and unreasonable. The heater in toilet didnt work. The electricity power is not bearable, when all heaters and hair dryer were on, the power was tripped. Have to go their office to pay city tax in person upon arrival(can choose to pay via e-banking), requested for receipt but the staff said it only can be issued by email after check out, which still no update from them after a week till now after check out.

The location is good, very close to Sao Bento Station, strategic location all nearby activities.

There's mould on the wall and celling, I think they need to repaint the walls and ceiling, and the bed to close to the wall, the rest is fine, clean apartment

Location, comfortable bed, good water pressure, and umbrella! Clean. nice books about Porto .

A little bit claustrophobic sensation when the only windows outdoors are to the wall 2 m away. No towel hooks in the bathroom.

The facilites were great, everything nice and tidy and clean. Really good space including the lovely outdoor terrace. Great location and the staff were wonderful.

Close proximity to key tourist attractions including the train station.

It does not have any cooling facilities. The stairs lights are not working; which make accessing the apartment during night time’s challenging.

Location was excellent. The room was a huge one bedroom apartment.

The room was dirty. There was hair on the walls and in the bathroom sink. Some of the furniture and bathroom vanity was damaged and worn. The sitting room glass table was dirty, as was the rug. There were many people milling in front of the guesthouse, so it was noisy until approximately midnight. The building across the street was under construction, which created extra noise during the day. Had to go to the mgmt company's main office to pay the city tax, which was inconvenient.

Location is convenient. Facilities are quite complete

Noise isolation is poor. The street where the apartment is located is not very clean.

Convenient location. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking items. Nice bathroom and shower. Comfortable for a couple. Friendly and helpful staff. Good air conditioning. Very quiet. Good wi-fi.

No place to hang towels in the bathroom. Bed was rather hard. Not much privacy; ok for a couple but probably not more. No shelves or dresser to put folded clothes. Not enough supplies like toilet paper, sugar, etc. for a longer stay.
