"Bien pero NO como esperábamos"

Ubicación, limpieza y precio.

Aire Acondicionado estropeado (vimos aviso estando ya en habitación), el estado del colchón (sin firmeza), tamaño cama y estado (muy ruidosa y de 135cm. describiéndola en anuncio como cama doble). La habitación solo tenía 1 mesita y la TV bastante antigua.

Aria condizionata non funzionante. E' stato comunicato solo prima del check-in, non avevo possibilita' di cercare altra struttura. Un inferno dormire con finestre aperte e zanzare in un caldo infernale perche' non funzionava aria condizionata in tutta la struttura. Letti singoli molto piccoli

"Un auténtico horror."

Nada, fue una experiencia terrible

No hay personal que te atienda. Las habitaciones estan a 30 grados en verano. No funciona el aire acondicionado desde hace mucho tiempo y no lo avisan. Está llena de mosquitos y sucia. El vater tampoco funcionaba y la ducha a penas tenía agua. Muy pequeño. Caluroso. Autocheck in. No hay servicios mínimos. Y cuando te quejas del aire y pides solucion te mienten argumentando que te lo han avisado con la reserva y es totalmente falso.

Le confort de la chambre, l’emplacement

Le manque de reception, la mise a disposition de la chambre par codes d’acces. Si probleme, contact telephonique mais difficulte de comprehension si espagnol non pratique....nous avons eu ce probleme .

La ubicación

Sábanas sucias, indicamos que limpiaran habitación y no sé realizó. El día de antes a la llegada nos informaron que no disponíamos de aire acondicionado por causas técnicas, nos informaron que si queríamos cancelar nos devolvían el importe...a unas horas de llegar me pareció una conducta muy poco responsable. El colchón de la cama estaba deformado y fue muy incómodo poder descansar.

Ubicación

Muchísima calor, no iba el aire acondicionado y no pudimos ni dormir. No hay nadie en el hotel a quien reclamar, esta vez la estancia ha sido muy negativa.
