施設・設備・洗面・台所など普通の家庭で必要なものは、ホテル同様にすべて整っており、広い部屋で生活は快適でした。掃除機・アイロン・橋・スプーン・フォーク・洗剤・化粧水・保湿クリーム等々まであった。

看板もフロントもないシステムであることを理解していなかったので、最初のダウンロードから部屋番号やパスワードの取得まで30分を要し、さらに鍵を取得するまで30分かかった。全体のシステムが分かれば簡単である。

For two ladies without info on finding hotel- no sign on outside of building - took an hour with help to enter premises .

Premises were lovely but second bed wasn't made . It was an absolute nightmare to get entry for a 78 and 80 year old . Would not advise

The location is convenient, and having facilities like a washing machine and a balcony is definitely a plus, especially for a longer stay.

Not sure why this hotel has so many good reviews on Booking but not on Google. We stayed at Ouchi Takeya and found it very disappointing. Check-in wasn’t easy, but we expected that. The apartment itself, however, was not what we expected. As a travelling mum with a grown-up daughter, we thought a bunk bed setup would be fine, but that turned out to be a mistake. The top bunk didn’t have a proper mattress, so we had to use couch cushions to make it somewhat comfortable. The “double bed” on the bottom was just two very soft mattresses stacked on top of each other - too soft even to sit on, let alone sleep on comfortably with two people. Cleanliness was also an issue; it seemed like the bunk area hadn’t been cleaned properly, as there was visible dust. For this price, I expected a basic apartment, but this was clearly below standard.

One of our favourite Airbnb’s we stayed in while travelling Japan. Really nice sized flat and very comfortable overall.

The check in process was stressful & time consuming - we had to use an iPad to take passport pictures via a selfie camera & complete a form, neither of which was working properly. After some time, we ended up sending them a message via booking.com & thankfully they were quick to respond & resolve the issue. They had to remotely check us in instead. As a young full time engineer struggling with this process, I fail to see how the older generation would handle it! The bed was also just two soft mattresses stacked together on the floor - this didn’t bother us, we actually had a great sleep, however the expectation was for a more solid bed frame

Mauvaise literie, trop molle (deux matelas superposés), bruit de la rue très gênant la nuit et stores peu opacifiants

pas beaucoup d'ustensiles pour faire la cuisine, la plaque de cuisson est amovible avec aucun moyen de la brancher autour de la zone de cuisson donc au final on se retrouve à cuisiner en plein milieu de la chambre....
