"서비스 청결 너무 별로"

체크인부터 카운터 직원 담배냄새 심하게 풍김. 자리 비웠다가 한참 뒤에 오고 친절하지도 않음. 객실도 겉은 깨끗해보이지만 안을 들여다보면 지저분함. 욕조에 물 받아서 앉아있으면 위에서 안 보이던 곰팡이가 여기저기 보임.

1.객실: 조금 낡긴 했지만 청소가 잘되어 있음. 2.주차: 두 개의 호텔이 함께 있어 입구부터 멘붕. 지하주차장이 두개층이지만 혼잡. 3.친절: 직원분들은 친절함. 4.위치: 서귀포올레시장에 근접하지만 주변은 유흥가. 어린 자녀와 가시면 야간 산책은 ㅠㅠ 차로 4분 거리의 작가들의 5.조식: 뷔페가 아님. 식당에서 먹을 수 있는 메뉴임 단 호텔 밖으로 이동해야 함. 장년층인 저희는 오히려 좋았음.

"무난하게 괜찮은 호텔입니다."

아이가 있어서 온돌 방을 찾고 있었는데 근처 시장도 있고 온돌 방도 있어서 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 주차장이 복잡해 보였긴 하나 밤 8시 이후로 복잡하다는 이야기를 들어서 그전에 들어갔더니 괜찮네요 화장실?에서 특유의 냄새가 나서 처음 체크인 했을 때 냄새가 조금 났구요. 일출을 볼 수 있다고 해서 갔는데 비가 와서 볼 수가 없었네요ㅠ 청결은,,전체적으로는 깨끗했으나 상 밑에 먼지 뭉치들이 있었습니다 조식도 맞은편 식당에서 먹으니 맛있었고 아이 식사도 나쁘지 않았어요 전체적으로 이용하기에는 큰 불편함이 없어서 다음에 제주도 방문시 재방문할 의사는 있습니다.

The general areas were clean and well kept. Parking garage was clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was old but some parts had been renovated and looked newer. The beds were comfortable and the floors were clean but the bathroom was filthy - pink slime all around the bathtub and the bottom of the shower curtain, soap scum and mold around the sink. It seemed like the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. For that reason, I would not stay here again.

"Basic, clean hotel with a few quirks"

This was an OK hotel at a 3* level. The rooms are adequate and rather large. The furnishings are basic and many obvious things are missing (hooks in the bathroom for towels, tea bags to go with the kettle and cups etc.) It is the same building as the First70 hotel, although that one gets to have a breakfast buffet whereas Noblepia guests must choose from one of 6 Korean seafood-based breakfast sets served across the street.
