"가격대비 괜찮은 호텔"

비교적 새건물이지만 주차장이 부족해서 늦으면 가까운 공영주차장을 이용해야하고 시설은 그리 좋은편은 아니지만 가격 대비 좋은 편임.

"객실청소 불량"

시설자체는 좋았는데 청소상태는 아주안좋았네요 화장실 바닥타일 언제 물청소했는지 얼룩이너무심했고 화장실문 지저분 화장실안 머리카락 그리고 결정적으로 욕실들어가는 중문을닫으니중문 바닥에 머리카락 언제부터있었는지모르는 과자곰팡이 시설은 좋았으나 청소상태는 글쎄요네요

"쾌적한 호텔"

넓은 객실과 욕조 마루바닥이 아주 편안하고 좋았어요 포트는 요청해서 사용했는데 .티백이 없어 조금 아쉬웠네요 서귀포여행땐 늘 숙박하는 호텔입니다

가성비 좋음. 시설 훌륭함. 이용하는데 불편함 없었음. 다만 프론트 직원 두명 겪어본 바 업무지식이 없어 아쉬웠음. 친절하게 응대하였으나 주변 관광지 및 교통에 대한 지식이 전무하다고 판단됨.

"주차하기 힘들고 청소가 깨끗하지 못함"

더블침대가 한쪽이 커지고~ 무엇보다 모기가 있어서 잠을 잘수가 없었어요~, 청소해달라고 했는데~ 침대 커버만 바로 해 놓은듯하고요~ 처음 들어간것처럼 침대 정리가 되어 있지 않음, 또한 주차장이 너무 협소 합니다. 이중 주차가 되어 있어서 운전 미숙한사람은 지하주차장에 안들어 오는게 좋을듯 합니다.
