Staff is friendly

Súper dirty, Elevator Is Dirty Windows are dirty, shower and toilet Is dirty I could sleep well as there are air condition engine outside we’re working too loud, the collection from the whole building is opposite the room There is no normal window only to the hole and small one on the toilet Beach is close but the worst I’ve ever seen - very dirty, smell is soooo bad. Area is dirty outside. I found a lot more better place in better location

개인적로 좋았던 점이 없었음.

개인적으로 급하게 일정을 잡다 보니 숙소가 없어 sen hotel 선택했는데 저는 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 오래된 건물에 낡은 가구는 어쩔수 없다 하지만 가구 뒤와 서랍장의 먼지. 그리고 저희가 묵었던 방은 창고로 사용하다 열어 주셨는지 가구 서랍에 사용한 공구들이 그대로 들어 있었다는점과 냉장고를 여니 성에의 두께는 얼마나 오랫동안 방치해 놓았는지 알수 있었습니다. 화장실에서는 하수구 냄새가 나서 환기구를 계속 틀어 놓아야 했습니다. 3일동안 침대 시트를 한번도 교체해 주지 않으셨어요. 제가 미리 청결에 신경 좀 달라고 부탁까지 했는데 저희 요구사항이 하나도 반영되지 않았습니다. 푸꾸옥 공항에서부터 실망스러웠는데 숙소까지 실망이라 여행내내 좋지는 않았습니다. 처음 방문한 푸꾸옥 너무 실망이었습니다.

Pretul ieftin pentru dong dong. A fost cel mai ieftin pe care l,am gasit. Nu a fost grozav ne asteptam la mai bine insa s,a scumpit totul si acolo.

Camera micuta , modesta, piscina murdara 2 metri patrati doar pentru poze de nefolosit.

Good location though it is bit on the hill. Very nice stuff. Rooms look much better on pictures then in reality - are outdated.

Warm Hospitality and Great Value at Sen Hotel We stayed at Sen Hotel and had a very positive experience, mainly because of the incredible hospitality. This is a small, family-run hotel, and we booked a family room. The furniture and facilities are simple, so don’t expect a luxury hotel. However, for the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it. What truly made our stay special was the owner – an elderly lady who deserves the highest rating possible. Even though she didn’t speak any English, she helped us every single day with kindness and a warm smile. Her care and dedication meant a lot to us. The staff brought us water every day, and everyone was extremely polite and friendly. One thing I really appreciated was that when we arrived for check-in, she showed us the room first and asked if we liked it before we paid. That level of honesty and respect is very important.

Lokalita není špatná, není to na hlavní ulici... Personál je ochotný, recepce 24h, možnost parkování.

Zařízení pamatuje lepší časy.
