The stay was really comfortable and rooms were fabulous. They do have many good option for vegetarian food as well.

The views were incredible and the pool area was lovely. The staff at reception were also very helpful . The location is great and just a short walk from the night market

The room was quite worn and in my opinion not up to the level of cleanliness for the price paid. It was quite dusty, the Aircon in our room didn’t work and took over an hour to be moved but originally told we couldn’t move as the hotel was booked out (our room was over 28degrees). The bath had grit in it (not cleaned) and both rooms were the same level of cleanliness. Took over an hour for fish and chips and a pizza and I received 5 cold chips… The pictures unfortunately give higher expectations than what’s delivered - the hotel could do with some money being spent on it to bring it back to life and the quality that would set it apart. Also no wardrobe or drawers, just one rail which in our room was coming off the wall

Having stayed in M hotel in da nang we knew the M brand would be a good choice, room at the front yes was noisy being on the road but it didn’t stop us from sleeping and just wear ear plugs it was ok, room was kept tidy ans clean, we missed breakfast as it’s only on until 10am but there are great bakeries next door and opposite, reception is helpful we stayed by the pool for 2 hrs as we were busy but the beach should at least be cleaned and rubbish picked up each day, it’s one of my pet hates working with the neighbours there is no excuse for the rubbish washed up not to be cleared unfortunately every beach is like this no one cares. Location is great and would stay again if coming to Phu Quoc.
