Absolutely Amazing Stay at M Hotel Phu Quoc! My experience at M Hotel Phu Quoc was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. And Thao was very helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and stylish, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. I especially loved waking up to the stunning sea view each morning—it truly felt like a tropical paradise. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Duong Dong, just a short walk to the night market and the beach, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I can’t recommend M Hotel enough. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or just some time to relax and recharge, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be coming back!

特に問題無く、スタッフの方も丁寧でした。シャワー水圧も問題ありません。若干部屋の中で風の音が結構したと思います。場所はナイトマーケットからも歩けるので非常に便利な場所でした。

We loved the Ocean Eyes Suite. The view was breathtaking! The location to the night markets is spot on and the surrounding facilities are great! The morning buffet has a great selection!

It was a little confusing when the kitchen was or wasn't open. The pool closes pretty early at 1900, we like swimming at night especially when it was hot. The food at the restaurant wasn't the greatest, this could have been better.

호텔마다 여건은 다르겠지만, 주변 카페에서도 제공해주는 얼음을 이 호탤은 유료였습니다. 청소해주시는 직원분들은 너무 친절했으나 얼음 문의시 비웃는듯한 표정을 했던 직원, 해충 박멸 스프레이를 너므 뿌린 날도있었고, 관리안된 뒷쪽 해변. 지저분해서 가기 싫었음

良い点　朝食が品数が少ないながら美味しかった。特にフォーのスープがとてもおいしかった。レストランのスタッフは一生懸命働いている様に感じた。 海を見ながらお茶ができよかった。 改善して欲しい点 フロントの女性が勤務中携帯に夢中で空港への迎えのバスの時間を聞いてもそんな事は知らないとつっけんどんな回答をされ、びっくりした． また部屋の石鹸、シーツ、ガウン等柔軟剤の化学的な強烈な匂いの香害で頭が痛くなった。 またdon't disturbの札をして休息していたところお掃除担当者が鍵を開けたらしく、目覚めたら戸が半開きで開いたままだった。　びっくりして フロントにつたえたが、英語がわからないらしく、thank youと言われた． フロントにgrabを頼んだが、タクシーで希望の場所に連れて行かずにボートでの観光等をしつこくいわれ、ぼったくられた。grabかとフロントに聞いたらそうだと言ったのでのったが、違っていた。 帰ってフロントに伝えた場所を運転手は連れて行かなかったとクレームしたら何故運転手に言わないのかと 逆に言われた。 以上のことから価格に見合うサービスとは程遠かったとおもう。タイではこの様なことを経験しなかった。サービス業の教育が未熟なのでしょうが、 ベトナムに対する印象が極めてわるくなった。
