部屋はとても清潔であった。駐車場も無料でありがたい。温泉もあり、コスパも良く、非常に満足。

HKJP温泉に入る事が出来て部屋の防音対策やセキュリティーがしっかりしていた。
急遽連泊に変更した為、前の晩にはフロントに伝えていたが、フロント同士引き継ぎが無かった為、チェックアウトした後戻ってフロントに確かめたがよく確認もしないままフロントの方は大丈夫と言われ、結局清掃終わり前だった為タオルが、1セットずつしか無い事に気づき清掃の方に尋ねると引き継ぎがやはりなってなかった為清掃の方がフロントに聞きに行きやっとタオルは頂けたものの、フロントに連絡してもう一度確認したら次の日は部屋の暗証番号かわるからとやっと話がわかった様でまたフロントに行く為エレベーター待ちをしている間清掃の方がタオルの確認の為フロントに聞きに行った事のフロントの人の対応と私が無いから下さいと言った事の愚痴を話してるのが聞こえて来て、何だかあまりいい感じしなかった。愚痴言いたくなるのもわかるけどエレベーターにまさかお客さんが居ないとは限らない。気をつけて欲しい。フロントに暗証番号の紙を取りに行った際もフロントの人の対応あまりいい感じしませんでした。悪いのは私なのでしょうか？2度、３度手間があり動いたのも私だし確認したのも私ですが、ホテル側は何をしたの？あのままなにも言わなければわからなかったんじゃないかと思う位。チェックアウト後も言わなければ部屋は前の番の暗証番号で部屋は入れてたし私にとって不安はなかったけど、しかも深夜12時過ぎて暗証番号無しで普通に施錠なってなく自動ドアが空いてフロントに事前に話していたから空けといて下さったのかはわかりませんが、そこのセキュリティーも気になりました。
JP二段ベッドがよい。
子供3人、大人2人で一部屋で予約できなかった。一部屋使わずに終わった。
