localização excelente, perto das principais praias do sudoeste da ilha. ambiente aconchegante e ótimo para casais. piscina tranquila, sem crianças e com excelente restaurante, inclusive para o café da manhã. vale destacar um dia para jantar no Ocre, o restaurante do hotel. quarto com ótimo tamanho e roupas de cama / banho excepcionais.

não havia vagas para estacionar na propriedade, e o estacionamento público próximo fica a 5-7 minutos de caminhada. a cama indicada como queen/king size era composta por dois colchões unidos, gerando um buraco no meio (não havia pillow-top). a roupa de cama era excelente, mas esse buraco gerava desconforto.

Breakfast and dinner in restaurant were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel.

We breakfasted each morning and dined twice in the Ocre Restaurant with food excellent and interior design outstanding in a contemporary style. Pool area provided a relaxing and outstanding area in which to "chill out". Throughout the hotel the Staff were pleasant and attentive recommending local restaurants as well as their own and looking after our best interests. Centrally located within Santanyi ensuring shops, bars and restaurants were easily accessible. "All in all" a wondeful experience and we would definitely return.

To be honest this is a top class Hotel with excellent service therefore there was nothing to criticise.
