The owners are so friendly and helpful. Christine is lovely. The room was great and smelt lovely. Great location. As i travelled about during my stay the fact it was 5 mins from the train station was perfect. Nice and quiet, which is exactly what I wanted. Would 100% recommend and would stay again. Great value for money!

I didn't get to try out the continental breakfast as I was up and out before it was served, but next time I will certainly try it😊

Clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

Only saw the owners upon arrival. Instructions in the room to leave the key in the room door when departing struck me as insecure. The room was clean and comfortable but could benefit from decorating, but for the cost, it was excellent. It was a particularly hot bank holiday (end of May 2026). We would have benefitted from a fan, but the room was north facing, so it was manageable.

The location was excellent - out of the main tourist area and back from the sea front which meant it was very quiet but everything was accessible Host was very welcoming and we had a free upgrade due to room availability. Definitely recommend and will return if we go back to the area. Nice welcome tray and complimentary toiletries.

"Good value for money"

Value for money, quite little street that had free parking. Room was nice and clean

Unfortunately, our shower was very poor with no pressure (room 6). Hopefully an easy fix. Other than that, I can't complain considering the price.

"Perfect stay for a long weekend"

The guest house was lovely, and managed by the most welcoming hosts. The house was just around the corner from Llandudno train station, and a short walk from the town centre and beach. The whole place was beautifully decorated and spotless. The room was spacious, with a lovely view, and all the amenities we needed for our stay. As a bonus, the hosts agreed to help us keep our bags before and after check-in. We're very grateful to them both for accommodating our stay and making our trip so worthwhile. I'd love to come back!
