Hostel Room Aruba

Maria and her husband were really welcoming! The place is cosy but comfortable, I would go back :)

Helpful, friendly hosts. It is more of a homestay than a hostel as one stays in shared rooms in/with the family at their home. This is what makes it so homely & nice. It is good value for money and close to all amenities in town, easy walking distance. I had breakfast a couple of times which is great value. You share facilities with the family.

Nice air conditioned area to cool off in and very central to town, not far to get into the hustle and bustle or to the beach

Not really a hostel more like a room in a house that has two bunk beds in it, strange atmosphere and didn’t really see many people around. As a solo traveler not the best option if ur looking for something social. Only one bathroom that u share with the rest of the “hostel” and the family

The host and the hostess were friendly they introduced almost everything useful and interesting in Aruba to me. I already like the atmosphere there. Aruba is very nice although is a very small island. I hope to return there in the future.

Owners are extremely nice, upon arrival I was given a tour of the area! Bathroom and other facilities were always clean! Location is not far from beach! Price is pretty reasonable! I highly recommend Hostel Room Aruba! A good place to stay in Aruba for several days!

This was very centrally located. It was about 15 minutes by car to the airport. A six minute walk to the Driftwood. A ten minute walk to the Holland Mall. The location was quite. It was nice having the host family onsite. Food that the host made for sale was affordable and delicious.

There was only one bathroom. The lockers were small.

I did NOT like anything about the place or hosts. No refund was allowed for full amount paid

Dictatorship hosts. Told off for leaving a few hairs when washing. Told off for bringing sand in. The place so noisy it was like they were the guests and I was the host. Rude owners who followed me about and the wife knew I was leaving in the morning and sat there waiting. When I was about to exit door she told her husband who was on phone waiting. Every time I used washroom someone would check. As soon as I entered or left spied on. Horrible place. Never experienced before in 65 countries
