Terrific view of the valley from the hotel. The food was excellent like home cooked meal. The staff was exceptional and room service was very prompt. Overall an excellent value for money.

It was a decent room with a terrace, however there is not enough privacy on the terrace as the rooms are adjacent to each other. They should accept all forms of payment including international credit or debit cards.

The view of the Miraya High room is incredible - the Dhom lake is clearly visible and you can watch the sunrise from bed! Even more than the view - the STAFF. My initial interactions with Shubham and Pankaj at the front desk were very pleasant and they were even more helpful and always smiling in person. At breakfast (in the hotel’s restaurant), Dhiren bhaiya was incredibly sweet and helpful and David sir whipped up amazing things at his live counter every day! I’m vegetarian so I loved the food anyway, but I can’t imagine anyone not loving their breakfast - at least two fruits and many other options every morning. They had amazing variety and different options every morning (three) we were there. And finally, the housekeeping - I didn’t get anyone’s name but nothing was too much trouble for them (hairdryer, iron, etc.) and they were so quick with everything and always smiling. The STAFF makes the place a five star property!

The rooms were clean - except under the bed and on top of the closets. This is something most guests will not discover, but when you travel with cats, they get everywhere and trail dust from every corner. The bathroom was pretty small, dark and gloomy, and not well laid out. While breakfast was amazing overall, it would be nice if they included one fresh juice and the option of black coffee. They would keep a carton of juice out and hot milk to make coffee - no hot water, although I’m sure they’d get hot water for anyone who asks. Finally, the hotel allows pets, but is not pet friendly. A pet friendly hotel would have beds with no gap below - my cats kept hiding under the bed and were difficult to get out when it was time to check out.
