-Courteous and efficient staff (thanks Trisha) -Quick check-in and check-out -Great location in walking distance to the Avenir Centre and some restaurants -Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds -Underground and outside parking available (at a cost) -Delicious hot buffet breakfast available (at a cost) -Monk10 restaurant attached to the hotel has amazing food for lunch and dinner at affordable prices

-I would have liked to see more of a selection for the buffet breakfast but what was there was hot and delicious.

Propreté, proximité, parking intérieur, piscine, arena de hockey balle

Le personnel de l’hotel n’a pas pu gérer des voisins de chambres adéquatement, ne sachant plus quoi faire pour qu’il arrete de se plaindre, ils sont venu nous dire de ne pas faire de bruit a 7:30 pm. Tres mauvaise gestion de conflits du personnel.
